The Unusual – March!

Everyone loved meeting Jared & trying his favorite so much that we’re introducing you to another Sen Yai Sen Lek staff member during the month of March!

Meet Wassana….

Wassana 2-2017

Sawatdee, kha!  I am the AM Kitchen Manager.  I speak my mind, I’m loud and I laugh a lot…a whole lot! I think I was Sen Yai Sen Lek’s first hire, even before the doors were open in 2008. I think Happy Kitchen=Happy Food.  If the kitchen door swings open while you’re here, you’ll know I’m working when you hear me laughing.

Miang Pla : Crispy Catfish Lettuce Wrap

Roll up your sleeves, because you have to assemble this one yourself. Crispy catfish, bean thread noodles, mint, green onion, Thai basil, cilantro and lemongrass all wrapped up in a lettuce leaf with a spicy peanut-lime sauce.  Aroy maak maak!

Our last day of operations was
Saturday, April 23rd.

After nearly 14 years in the restaurant business, we have decided to close this chapter of our lives.
